The resort is off the main road, it is very quiet. It has very pleasant atmosphere. Food street close to the resort.However, some of the facilities are old. . It takes twenty‑minute walk to the city centre, completely away from heavy traffic in Ubud. Very suits for the youngs.
The bathrooms have no ventilation system and it is always wet in the bathroom.

Lush. Frogs. Indoor, my 3-bedroom room was nice and stylish (really liked it). Feels quiet when you arrive to the reception. Staff are great and super friendly. Great location.
To high pillows (like everywhere). My room was on the second floor so It is a bit noisy. Streets, close by ceremonies. But mostly, there is a barking dog on the ground. It’s the dog of the CEO of the place, despite the friendly staff who wanted to help - the owner refuse to do anything about it (take it indoors for the night fx). I would come back but a barking dog is an absolute deal breaker and I will not come back.
