We have stayed many times and like the location as walkable into main part of Ubud but still nice and quiet. Beautiful gardens and comfortable rooms.

5th time at this property . Love that it’s just out of the busy part of Ubud. Nice grounds . Friendly staff. Great breakfast options included with great restaurant on site . Clean swimming pool

Accommodation is beautiful, good restaurant, nice pool and garden, good spa. Staff is really nice.
It takes about 15 min walk to go to the centre. Not always easy to walk on the roads due to busy traffic

The room design itself was beautiful. The resort seemed to be split into two, the old and and new. We were in the new part which was very well designed, the rooms were large and stylish and likable. Bed was super comfortable and room was kept very clean. We were at the back of the resort so did not hear the traffic.
The room had insufficient cooling and due to the bathroom being somewhat open air and the doors not sealed, this created quite uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Also the private pool had no heating and was just way too cold to enjoy the luxury. The location was simultanously excellent and not great. At the top of the hill to the main part of Ubud, meant some pretty sketchy climbs with traffic wizzing past.

"Beautiful hotel, great location on the edge of town, away from the busy Main Street and a ten minute walk. Staff were so nice, and even offered us food from a staff celebration.
