Staff and location

Stayed here for three nights but my experience was rather disappointing. The main issues were the hotel itself, its condition, and the overall quality of the facilities. The capsules felt very cheap and poorly built, with absolutely no sound insulation. Noise was a constant problem and made it extremely difficult to sleep. What bothered me the most was the bathroom situation. The bathroom is located inside the room, and the door had to be slammed shut in order to close properly. As a result, every time someone used the toilet, there was a loud bang. This happened repeatedly throughout the night and was very disruptive. Anyone who is sensitive to noise should definitely avoid this place. I slept very badly all three nights. The sanitary facilities and overall craftsmanship of the hotel were of very poor quality and did not meet basic expectations. Another downside was that no towels were provided. This meant that if you wanted to shower before an early morning activity or a flight, you were left with a wet towel and no way to dry it properly, which was very inconvenient. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel at all and would definitely not book it again.

Breathtaking View, Fair Price, Perfect Location

I had a great experience here from start to finish. The view alone makes this place memorable, stretching out beautifully and instantly drawing you in. Dubai Marina is the kind of scenery that makes you stop and appreciate the moment, and it stays with you even after you leave. The location is excellent and very convenient, while still feeling open and rewarding to stay in. Pricing felt fair for the quality and comfort offered, with no unpleasant surprises. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and left feeling relaxed and satisfied. Thanks for a great stay, I will definitely come again.

The best location I could find. It was just seconds to reach the beach. I loved that the capsule was spacious and I could lock it for the time that I was away. I felt very safe and the staff was super friendly. I already made friends and I will definitely be back here every time I visit Dubai.

Sun, beach, comfort & friendship.

This place is in the middle of tourist attractions yet provides perfect comfort. Each capsule is completely private and can be locked so I could just leave my stuffs inside feeling secure. It was just a few minutes walk to many restaurants and the beach as mentioned. I met awesome people as well. It provides hotel-like personal space with hostel-like intersction with people.

The receptionist of the building wasn’t the nicest so I recommend to enter from the parking entrance.

Hostel parece casa, pessoas do mundo todo interagindo como uma família. Foi uma experiência incrível e voltarei mais vezes. Tive o prazer de conhecer pessoas especiais do mundo todo, fiquei com minha filha e ter uma cápsula fechada trás segurança e privacidade. Melhor localização da JBR, excelente e familiar.
