Exceptional at all levels . Great family space , outdoor space and a beautiful view with a location 5 minutes from the centre of Saundersfoot. It couldn’t be better with car parking for two cars .Amazing holiday accommodation that couldn’t be better .

Location was excellent for work and the beach Kitchen was really well equipped living room is really spacious and sofas are comfortable Plenty of hanging space and drawers

The flat was cold. The heaters all work well but it took a long time to heat the flat. I was delighted to find a hot water bottle that I could use, as I did need it. As you are asked to turn the heaters off each time you leave the flat, it took a while to heat up each evening when I came back from work, but did get quicker to warm up through the week. Perhaps a manual on how to use the oven as most of the important numbers/symbols have worn away The pressure in the shower was poor, which was disappointing as the bathroom is beautiful and modern The bedroom and kitchen floors had not been cleaned but the rest of the flat was very good

Excellent location, spacious living room. Great communication from owner.

Bed not comfortable, needs a mattress topper or new mattress.
