We really enjoyed the quiet location, the lovely garden and the spacious outdoor area. The property was comfortable and well equipped.
There was nothing major that we disliked. Everything was generally good and we had a pleasant stay.

Location and garden, lower floor for elderly father ease of movement. Good facilities in kitchen and WiFi. Nice linen and pictures around.
Needed a walk in shower, bath too high to get leg into. Table outside needed cleaning and so did the large door/ window to garden. Looked a little tired: Paintwork around metal door frame / window to garden needed painting. New tiles needed in bathroom shower and crack in ceiling / damp in bathroom. Drain by front door needed cleaning out and front door wiping down.

Dogs hairs on the floor and mat no w f and asked if there was a walk in shower in bathroom and was told yes .

The property needs updating inside and the garden is overgrown. Overall it wasn’t clean enough.
