Church Terrace - 3 Bedroom Cottage - Saundersfoot

Nice house. Have been before so loved location.

Issue with parking. First time we went we had allocated parking space . This has now changed and you have use public car park which on Saturday arrival was difficult to find a space and cost £25. Beds weren’t the comfiest and could do with some better pillows

The size of the rooms were good, nice big fridge/freezer and the location was fantastic.

1) Property used to have a parking space down the hill but no longer. 2) Big lump of paint had come off wall and was on the floor in dining room. 3) Property advertised washing machine but it didn't have one (been replaced by dishwasher). 4) There is a tiny area at back of property but obviously other people have right of access as we saw a woman walk past one afternoon (this needs to be advertised). 5) Front room and roadside bedroom window appears to be broke. 6) There was 2 dirty make-up removing pads left in bedroom bin. There was a huge toenail on floor of top bedroom. Two kitchen utensils were covered in grease. The grill pan was dirty. The front room rug was dirty and had dog hair on it. There was an empty vasoline tub in first bedroom which also had no ventilation. Basically, whoever looks after the property did a pretty shabby job of cleaning after previous guests. At nearly £1000 for 4 nights, I expected a lot better.

The location was brilliant. The house was clean and comfortable. White bed linen,clean kitchen appliances and clean bathrooms.

Some things are a little tired looking, in the living room. I have stayed in worse places, though, to be honest.

The location of the property is ideal, just a short walk to the centre. The spacious living room and kitchen are nice.

There are no locks on either of the bathroom doors, there is no washing machine in the property although advertised in the pictures, and the overall cleanliness of the place was not great. It was obvious that it had been rush cleaned before we checked in. There are no decent mirrors in the property at all, only one in the upstairs bathroom and a pretty pointless one in the living room. Overall the property needs updating and general cleanliness needs to be improved.
