The beds were a little un comfortable

Very lovely location and clean throughout

Nothing we didn’t dislike however would have preferred an extra towels and maybe an extra black bag etc

The situation is perfect

The cleaning wasn’t to a very high standard. Cobwebs in rooms and the communal stairs was filthy.

Location very good Living room spacious

Mattresses in desperate need of change uncomfortable old. No curtains or black out blinds despite previous complaints on reviews and huge bright lights right outside bedroom windows/ door. Unacceptable. Most important things for accommodation good quality sleep and cleanliness. Poor mattress and the lack of darkness in bedrooms so obviously needing sorting so easily but not attended to quite unbelievable particularly given cost . Floors dirty- black feet! No filter coffee pot - 2026 ! We had to use towels as the curtains. Really slow to respond to request to see if we could stay another night saw on booking .com with ridiculous unreasonable price . Checking in / out time inflexible/ check out at 10 am not cool and v late check in time Bute charged for day. Not good value. Also customers should be made aware of this and that you are dealing with a large holiday rental out let Sykes cottages sub contracted . Hence slow communication
