The position, kitchen facilities, parking, comfortable lounge, dog friendly
Beds especially the singles, need attention. Bedding, pillows, towels, oven trays need replacing

Perfect location, easy walking distance to beach and the town
Strange smell (damp) in bedroom 1 and the bedroom wasn’t cleaned to expected standard.

Location is perfect if you want peace and quiet, an area to walk your dog first and last thing at night.
Location to the village is also good if you don't mind a hill to walk up and down.
The Park is maintained well externally with all the necessary services provided.
A little more attention to cleanliness of the apartment would be a plus albeit we do understand pressure on changeover day. Previous renters can also do their bit in helping the cleaner out by leaving the property in good order. The second bedroom had two small single beds, one of which was in need of repair. If it had of been used it would have collapsed undoubtedly - perhaps this is something the cleaner should have picked up on changeover.
