Great location.

Just a few minor housekeeping issues-
Bed was very uncomfortable
Communal stairway to the property very untidy and unkempt.
Beading on the blinds in the lounge need replacing.
Cushions in the lounge need replacing, as are very flat.

Location was perfect, lovely view from the balcony, parking space next to the property. The open plan kitchen was great, plenty of tv channels and wifi. Kitchenware - plates, cups, glasses, cutlery available. Shower was easy to use.
Only half a toilet roll in bathroom so had to pop to the shops just before bedtime to buy some more. The rooms were really, really cold on the first night as the heating had been left on really low before our arrival and the rooms took a long time to heat up. My children and I had to sleep with our socks, hoody and coat as we were so cold. However, the rest of the stay the rooms were nice and cosy as I put the heating up.

Excellent facilities and furnishings okay
Bad case of black mould in the double bedroom. Pet hair on the settee. Balcony glass could do with a clean
