It was very central to Saundersfoot and the large patio doors onto the balcony were a bonus

A well equipped apartment for our stay, the easy walk, although a little hilly, into Saundersfoot itself took about 5 minutes. Individual parking space for one car was welcome and close to the stairs

Obtrusive exterior lighting on the walls outside of the apartment, which for a light sleeper was a little annoying.

The location. The size. Good kitchen, welcome pack was useful, clean. Quiet, to be fair most apartments were empty.

The stairs and long walk to the actual apartment, especially with little dog . Very very warm lounge area , impossible to keep cool during the afternoon when I couldn't be out with my dog. Used my own fan. Odd bits of damage to kick board in the kitchen, marks on various walls. Stairwell very unclean. Wardrobe door in 2nd room wouldn't shut correctly. Cleaners came as thought apartment was empty Wednesday afternoon. No issues and told them we were there until friday , they hadn't been made aware of this. Consider having fans or air conditioning in place as summers are getting hotter. Quite expensive really.

Great location for the beach, and other attractions like the Dinosaur Park and Folly Farm etc

The property itself was not great with broken blind in double bedroom, missing mirror (found cracked in back of wardrobe), dried blood on doorframe into lounge, dirty wine glasses in cupboard, dirty floors throughout, broken chairs on balcony (couldn't use the them), no food waste bin liners, dusty radiators, hole in drainer on kitchen sink, crumbs/sand under sofa cushions, rubbish behind bins in kitchen (two dirty plastic glasses) and hand soap was watered down too much and could barely get a lather with it. No curtains in bedrooms making them very light at 4.30am.
