Baileys Beach House - Part of the The Bay Filey Holiday Village with pool, gym and direct beach access, pub, restaurant, tennis and meadows walks

The park is quiet, clean with ample parking close to the house. The house was clean and tidy. The washing machine was very useful but no tumble dryer. Rack for hanging clothes but no secure outside location to leave it unsupervised. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. The wifi worked well once it was reset, but did have to hunt for the router under the hall table. The beach was a reasonable walk away through the park but a steep walk back up for those with limitaions, but well worth the effort. The onshore winds kept the temperatures managable when the rest of the country roasted!

Minor issue with the dining chairs not being asembled securely with quickly and safely resolved by the maintainance team. Would be useful to have the manuals for the kitchen appliances as not all work in the same way. Managed to work out the airfryer which proved very useful but the microwave remained a mystery as completely different from my own.

Loved it all! From the ease of booking, the very useful and informative Anchor Bay app to the modern, comfortable and lovely home from home that is Bailey's Beach House. Thank you! We will definitely book again!

Only one thing. The bin in the kitchen hadn't been emptied on our arrival but didn't want to make a fuss over this as it was easily resolved by ourselves - there are many bins nearby. I would perhaps suggest a more visible sign up to remind people as they leave.

self catering. Did not try restaurant or cafe on site, beautifully kept site. Wifi and equipment were excellent. comfortable beds, lovely property.

nice seating area outside but would benefit from screening plants. Quite a steep walk down to beach, and as one of our party was a little incapacitated we went to Bridlington and Scarborough beaches instead.
