Very clean nice decoration was expected for what we paid.
Parking was a bit hit and miss no allocated parking.not a lot of room in dining area. Seats in the lounge kept slipping down.

Paddy Corner was amazing, key safe worked really well. The house was fantastic with everything you would need, want and more. The rooms were of a great size, and well coordinated. The local was perfect for a short walk to amenities and a bit further for the fabulous beach. Pool was clean and tidy. We did have an issue with the heating and call the number and the support was very good and the problem was fixed quickly, even receiving a check up text.
Felt the food in the pub was over priced and of poor quality.

Filey Bay is great and we will definitely return to the holiday village. The house had everything we needed (and some things we didn’t need, but which were nice to have - just in case) and is modern and neutral. It would be a great choice for a family without very young children or for two couples.
Nothing but we have two things which might be helpful to other visitors.
If we came again with a similar size family group (4 adults and two children including a toddler) we’d consider a larger four bed property, as it was a wiggle to fit in a travel cot upstairs and to get 6 around the dining table.
The guidebook is digital and sent by text. We all had issues downloading it, so a paper copy in a file in the house would have been really useful. In its absence, maybe consider printing it out.

Lovely location, great beach and nice to know there is a pool (we had sunny days so didn’t use it). Very clean house and well stocked kitchen. Nice to have a big living area and outdoor space when travelling with kids. Would definitely stay again.
The blackout blinds and curtains could be better, kids were up at the crack of dawn. We were also left the tiniest amount of toilet paper (less than half a roll in each toilet). These are small niggles though, we had a lovely stay.
