Great location near the beach in Filey.
The pillows weren’t very comfortable for me. The settee was also very low and difficult to get up from for older people.

The location was excellent. Everything was far more upmarket than we expected. The weather certainly helped and we enjoyed the walk to the beach. The house was stylish with plenty of room for three adults and a child - we chose the two bedroomed arrangement. The area was quiet and calm at night.
There were no negatives.
