Beautiful location, fantastic walk from apartment to Filey Sea Front. Extensive breach and prefect for dog
Unfortunately on arrival to the apartment the kitchen cold tap was running and continued to run for the full duration of the stay. I contacted the owner with the number left on booking.com. No response. Big shame as this could have made the holiday an incredible experience, instead I was let down.

Cooker and cold water tap did not work in the kitchen.

Roomy property well set out. Kitchen great. Loved en suite and two toilets. Comfy sofas. Warm and cosy with great heating system.
Furniture tired, holes in sofa cushions. Not as clean as it could be. Dust webs around light shades. No WiFi. Kettle needs descaling. Carpets stained - cream (not the best colour for a holiday rental) Property just needs TLC
