Really good size property and layout for us as a family of 4. The property was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed.
The twin bedroom could definitely do with a blackout blind installing - our children did still sleep considering it was July/August and very bright, but could really help those who are light sleepers.
The shower screen and shower could do with replacing - the floor ended up covered in water by the time the 4 of us had had our showers. I wouldn’t let any of these things put anyone off as we did have a lovely stay and the above being resolved would make it excellent!

A very comfortable holiday home. The beds were super comfy. Excellent facilities and everything you needed. Nice sitting out area and suprisingly quiet. Great to be able to walk the beach to Filey.

It was in a really good location.
No hot water for the 1st night.
Whole property could do with a deep clean.
Particularly the bathroom.
Old toilet brush holder with fluid in bottom.
Stained accessories and really bad stains on walls. Dirty floor.
The cleanliness really let it down.
Think it was expensive for 2 nights mid week off peak.
