About this villa rental
This wonderful villa located on the beachfront is situated in the exclusive area of Las Rotas.
In front of the house runs a beautiful promenade that runs along the southern coast of the city of Denia, highly valued for its coves and unique locations.
The villa in Denia has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people.
The property's garden is very spacious, and it has lawn areas as well as other areas with flooring, for the greater comfort of our clients. The swimming pool is covered (not heated).
Upon entering the house, we find the living/dining room, which has large windows overlooking the sea. It also has a fireplace, which makes it very cosy during the winter months. Additionally, it has air conditioning for cold/heat throughout the accommodation (with the exception of one of the bedrooms). Next to it is the kitchen, equipped with everything necessary, electric ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
Following the corridor, we find one of the bathrooms, as the property has two complete shower rooms, one of them en suite, and a bathroom with a washbasin and WC also en suite.
Next to it is the first bedroom with a single bed, opposite it is one with a double bed, and right at the end of the corridor is another double bed room.
In general, the property has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, private pool, garage and parking in the same building.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor are WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Location superb. About 20 mins on foot to the town centre with all the marvellous restaurants beautiful views of the sea front. Agents helpful. Large and spacious property and gardens. Very private. There are two individual bathrooms, each with toilet and shower as well as those, the single room has an en-suite bathroom and one of the doubles has an en-suite toilet.
Villa is quite sparsely furnished ie sharp knives, chopping boards, pillows etc for such a lovely property. Sofa in the inside living area is rather tired and wouldn’t be sufficient comfortable internal seating for a fully occupied house. Key collection and return something of a nuisance as it involves visiting the agents office in town, rather than secure drop boxes at the property which are often used in other areas.

Die Lage ist top. Der Ausblick super. Theoretisch kann alles zu Fuß erledigt werden. Jederzeit wieder.
Die Ausstattung würde für 5 Personen nicht reichen und das ein oder andere fehlt auch. Insgesamt etwas abgewohnt.
