About this villa rental
This beautiful villa is surrounded by vegetation and is located in a very peaceful area in the Santa Lucia zone in Dénia.
It is fortunate that the sun favours the property throughout the year.
With 150 m², the villa has three bedrooms all with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with shower and another independent bathroom with shower, both recently renovated.
The independent kitchen has direct access to the rear garden, a lounge, a dining room overlooking the garden and also a work area with a spacious desk.
The villa has capacity for up to 6 people. But you will also feel very comfortable here as a couple.
A special feature is the large private swimming pool of 9 metres long and 4 metres wide and the beautiful pool terrace where a Buddha figure presides.
Modern sun loungers, armchairs and side tables invite you to sunbathe, lounge about and feel good.
In the evening, you can enjoy the beautiful starry sky from the garden. The pool and garden are illuminated.
The entire property is fenced and guarantees complete privacy. The vegetable hedges protect from outside views.
The villa has a raised terrace surrounded by plants and overlooking the pool. It is equipped with a table and six chairs. An awning provides shade.
Another terrace is picturesquely situated next to the lemon tree. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of Montgó at sunset.
The third terrace is covered and forms the barbecue area with a new outdoor gas grill and modern table and chairs.
From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants.
The area is also suitable for doing yoga and pilates exercises in the morning or at sunset.

The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood in Denia. 3 bedrooms of which 2 are small and 1 without airco. That was not mentioned in the description! the swimmingpool is quite big, that is a plus. gardenfurniture is sober, no loungebbq area. in the backyard you find a kind of midget golfputting green, but no putterballs. The bathrooms and kitchen are adequate. a small but adequate make-over would make this house more comfortable and worth the money!
airco in all the bedrooms. we have put the matras in the livingroom now! the sunscreen was torn and very old, the bbq / dining area was small and not cosy. 1 small shower for 6 is not enough. evidently a house bought in the seventies and not d.
however we had a great holiday.
the service of carlosferien was good. the repairman came quick.
