Casa Ann is a beautiful and well-kept 2-storey semi-detached house with a private garden and communal swimming pool, not far from the beach in Denia. The community complex offers access to a total of 8 semi-detached houses each with a private parking space and garden or terrace. Casa Ann is the house on the corner, so this accommodation offers a particularly beautiful and large garden with lots of light and wonderful views of the sea and its surroundings. You can find several beaches less than 5 minutes by car, as well as shops and sports facilities.

Even though the pool is communal, we were usually the only ones using it so it was great. Check what's in the cupboards before shopping as we had more rice than a paddy field.
