About this apartment rental
This brand-new, luxurious 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for a unique and peaceful getaway, a night of work, or a long stay in our city. Located in the Prados del Norte neighborhood—a quiet and airy area close to Cali’s tourist attractions—it’s just a few minutes from the airport and the transit terminal. This apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thanks to its excellent location, you can easily reach popular spots such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, supermarkets, pharmacies, and much more.
The Space
The apartment is for the exclusive and private use of guests and can accommodate up to 3 people.
This apartment is located in a modern building constructed in 2022. It is on the sixth floor and has an elevator, so you do not need to climb stairs to access it.
INTERNET: MOVISTAR 900 Mb fiber-optic speed shared with other units. Internet is configured using high-tech TP-Link mesh devices.
PARKING: There is private parking inside the building available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
BALCONY: A balcony with views of the mountains and the north side of the city; you’ll enjoy the breeze coming from the mountains in the afternoons and evenings.
LIVING ROOM: A comfortable sofa bed ideal for sleeping two people, approximately the size of a double bed (1.40 m wide), air conditioning in the room, and a 55" Smart TV with DIRECTV premium channels; it can connect to all platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa, and other video and music platforms.
KITCHEN: Kitchen fully equipped with everything needed to cook, including dinnerware, silverware, kitchen utensils, pots, a microwave, a toaster, a gas stove with an exhaust fan, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a freezer.
ROOM: 1 bedroom integrated into the open-concept space.

- Air conditioner
- QUEEN bed (1.60 m wide) with a comfortable mattress, pillows, and high-quality, fresh hotel-style sheets. Night lamps with storage nightstands on each side of the bed.
- Blackout curtains
- 55" Smart TV (the same as in the living room) with premium DIRECTV channels; it can connect to all platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa, and other video and music platforms.
- Private bathroom for the room with direct access from the room.
BATHROOMS: 1 full bathroom with mirrors, drawers for storage, and showers with hot water.
The bathroom is located next to the bed
- Closet with drawers and ample space to comfortably store your luggage and clothing.
LAUNDRY ROOM: In the kitchen, there is a washing machine that can be used free of charge, along with basic cleaning supplies and utensils.
Guest access
Access to the building is self-service; there is no concierge; guests enter and leave the building using the keys provided at check-in. In some cases, instructions will be provided for entering the apartment (self-check-in). The parking space is subject to availability for an additional fee; if available, we’ll provide a remote control to open the garage. Once you complete the reservation, the Co-Host will provide you with all the necessary information and will be readily available to address any needs or concerns you may have during your stay. The Co-Host will explain everything about the apartment, the neighborhood, and recommendations for tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping malls. They can even provide you with the contact number of a trusted taxi service for your airport pickup and transportation around the city. If you have any special requirements, questions, or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to contact the Co-Host, and we’ll help you with whatever you need.

REGISTRATION:
Colombian law requires that all guests staying at our facilities must present their identification. To complete registration, a link will be sent once your reservation is confirmed. All guests must use this link to register, upload a photo of their identification, and sign a contract. All of this can be done from the comfort of their cell phones. This registration must be completed prior to arrival to gain access to the property.
Private parking is subject to availability; however, the area is very safe, and there is visitor parking outside the building. You can also use a private parking lot for added security.
