With 24-hour security and a front desk, this modern building features a communal terrace offering breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of Cali. On the terrace, you’ll enjoy an outdoor pool, a gym area, outdoor spaces, a coworking area, and a play area. The apartment is located on the sixth floor and features soundproof windows to minimize noise from the avenue. Additionally, the building has communal parking spaces. This cozy 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment sleeps 2 people, making it ideal for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, a set of pots and pans, a toaster oven/air fryer, a gas stove with a range hood, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a freezer.
DINING AREA | LIVING ROOM:
The apartment features a breakfast bar with two chairs next to the kitchen, perfect for enjoying quick meals. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a balcony with views of the entrance to Cali. Soundproof windows ensure a quiet, noise-free environment. Additionally, the apartment has a desk with a comfortable chair, ideal for those who need to work during their stay.
BEDROOM:
The bedroom features a high-quality queen-size bed (160x190 cm), fresh hotel-style linens, and 4 pillows. Air conditioning cools the entire apartment, ensuring a comfortable environment. BATHROOMS:
This apartment has 1.5 bathrooms with unlimited hot water, thanks to a water heater dedicated exclusively to the apartment. The full bathroom is located in the bedroom, while the half-bath is near the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with bath towels, hand towels, shower mats, a hair dryer, a full-length mirror, and toiletries such as hand soap.
LAUNDRY:
The apartment has a washing machine next to the kitchen, which you can use at no additional cost during your stay.
PARKING:
The building offers communal parking spaces, but a specific spot is not guaranteed. Residents and guests may park in available spaces in the common areas.
SECURITY:
Security at the NovaFlora Building is guaranteed 24 hours a day, with reception and security staff on duty at all times to ensure a safe stay.
CLEANING AND LAUNDRY:
Cleaning and laundry services are not included during your stay, but can be requested for an additional fee. You must arrange these services with the host at least one day before the desired date.
COMMON AREAS OF THE BUILDING:
The NovaFlora Building’s terrace is an ideal place to relax or enjoy an active day. The pool, located on the terrace, is open Tuesday through Sunday. Routine maintenance is performed on Mondays; if Monday is a holiday, maintenance will be rescheduled for Tuesday. Additionally, the terrace features a coworking area and a fully equipped gym, available to all residents of the building. On the terrace itself, there are outdoor spaces to relax and an incredible 360-degree view of the city, making this a unique place to enjoy your stay in Cali.
Guest Access
The building has a 24-hour concierge service. To enter for the first time, you must register via the link we’ll send you once you’ve completed your reservation. At the front desk, you’ll be given the keys to access the apartment.
In addition, the host will provide you with all the necessary information and will always be available to address any needs or questions that may arise during your stay.
