About this apartment rental
Relax in this quiet, elegant, and cozy space. This studio apartment is located in the Prados del Norte neighborhood on the fifth floor (with an elevator), This apartment offers you all the comforts. It has one small balcony with an excellent view of the city of Cali and the mountains, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset and the breeze that blows through the balcony.
The Space
Beautiful, luxurious apartment—comfortable, with air conditioning, a balcony, private parking, on the fifth floor with an elevator, and an excellent view—ideal for 2 or 3 people. It features a beautiful wooden cabinet that allows you to swivel the TV so you can watch it in the bedroom or in the living room, whichever you prefer.
Guest access
The apartment is entirely yours as soon as you make the reservation, you will not share any space with other guests.
Other things to note
REGISTRATION:
Colombian law requires that all guests staying at our facilities must present their identification. To complete registration, a link will be sent once your reservation is confirmed. All guests must use this link to register, upload a photo of their identification, and sign a contract. All of this can be done from the comfort of their cell phones. This registration must be completed prior to arrival to grant access to the property.
Additional Cleaning Service:
The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the cleaning performed at the time of your departure; this does not include cleaning during your stay; however, if you would like cleaning services during your stay, there is an additional charge. Please contact us to schedule the extra cleaning at least one day in advance.
Transportation Service:
If you need transportation from the airport to our accommodation, we have trusted, qualified drivers who will pick you up, wait for you at the airport, and take you directly to our location. These trusted drivers can also help transport you during your stay in Cali.
