About this apartment rental
Relax in this quiet, elegant, and cozy space. This apartment is located in the Prados del Norte neighborhood on the sixth floor (with an elevator). It features two balconies with excellent views of the city and the mountains, where you can see the Cristo Rey and Las 3 Cruces landmarks—two must-see tourist attractions in Cali. Treat yourself by stepping out onto the balconies to feel the breeze coming from the mountains in the evenings and at night, all while enjoying a cup of local coffee.
The Space
The apartment is for the exclusive and private use of guests and can accommodate up to 4 people.
This apartment is located in a modern building constructed in 2022. It is on the sixth floor and has an elevator, so you do not need to climb stairs to access it.
INTERNET: MOVISTAR Internet with excellent coverage and speed.
PARKING: Private parking is available inside the building for an additional fee, subject to availability.
BALCONIES: This apartment has two balconies—one next to the living room with views of the mountains, the Cristo Rey statue, Cerro de las Tres Cruces, Cali Tower, and the western part of the city. The other balcony is located right next to the bed and offers an excellent view of the northern part of the city of Cali; you’ll enjoy the breeze coming from the mountains in the afternoons and evenings.
LIVING ROOM: Comfortable sofa bed ideal for sleeping two people, approximately the size of a double bed (1.40 m wide); air conditioning in the room; 55-inch Smart TV with DIRECTV premium channels, compatible with all streaming platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa, and other video and music services.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook, including dinnerware, silverware, kitchen utensils, pots, a microwave, a toaster, a gas stove with an exhaust fan, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a freezer.
BEDROOM: 1 bedroom integrated into the main living area.

- QUEEN bed (1.60 m wide) with a comfortable mattress, pillows, and high-quality, fresh hotel-style sheets. Night lamps with storage nightstands on each side of the bed.
- Blackout curtains
- 55" Smart TV (the same as in the living room) with premium DIRECTV channels; it can connect to all platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa, and other video and music platforms.
- Private bathroom for the room with direct access from the room.
BATHROOMS: 1 full bathroom with mirrors, drawers for storage, and showers with hot water.

- Closet with drawers and ample space to comfortably store your luggage and clothing.
LAUNDRY ROOM: In the kitchen, there is a washing machine available for free use, along with basic cleaning supplies and utensils.

REGISTRATION:
Colombian law requires that all guests staying at our facilities must present their identification. To complete registration, a link will be sent once your reservation is confirmed. All guests must use this link to register, upload a photo of their identification, and sign a contract. All of this can be done from the comfort of their cell phones. This registration must be completed prior to arrival to allow access to the property.
Free private parking is available subject to availability; guests must notify us to make a reservation.
