The condo community has 19 floors total. On floor 17, your views of Marco Beach through every room are expansive and awe-inspiring.
CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.
RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.
DEPOSIT
We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.
POTENTIAL NOISE: Building management has advised that construction work will take place from May 1st to November 15th. During this period, you may experience occasional construction noise.

Erin(the host) was very welcoming,responsive and open to suggestions. I told her I wanted to cook a few healthy meals but not on Teflon pans. She immediately ordered stainless steel pans and had it delivered to the condo. I appreciated it very much. Another thing I appreciated is the ocean view. Very relaxing! I love the peace and serenity of the place. My favorite places to eat at is "Doreens cup of Joe" and "Snook Inn". I had a great stay!

The condo was perfect! Gorgeous views! Everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms thoughtfully appointed. Very clean and fresh! Within walking distance to some restaurants. We loved Doreen’s cup of Joe for breakfast! Dustin was easy to communicate with if needed and answered right away. Beautiful pool area to relax and cool off. We would definitely come back again!
