This is a newly refurnished, gorgeous space. Beautifully renovated and spacious with all the upgrades while maintaining its historic charm. Make yourself at home here with everything you need for a month-long stay.

* 3 luxury bathroms
* Fully stocked kitchen with ample seating at both the island and dining table
* Two sitting areas in the home to spread out and relax or work remotely.
* Washer and dryer in home
* Outdoor area for morning coffee.
The home is located a 7 minute walk from the French quarter or a 12 minute walk to Frenchmen street. The Rampart street car is also only three blocks from the home and can take you to most places in the city.

Guests have full and private access to this 4-bedroom home.

This home is located in the historic 7th Ward. This diverse and vibrant neighborhood has old Creole roots and is centrally located. It sits between beautiful Esplanade Ave. and St. Bernard Ave. and has close proximity to the French Quarter, Interstate 10, local restaurants, and coffee shops. It is a very convenient location and only takes about 10 minutes or less to get to most places in the city.
Getting Around:
This home is all free 24-hour street parking, you should have no problem getting a spot right out front.
