About this house rental
Spacious and quiet 1908 duplex on a tree-lined street. Kitchen has all new appliances and W/D in unit. 3 beds upstairs, Master(K) has small bath and large closet attached, 2 other bedrooms(Q/Q) share a full bath, and 1 bedroom has a lovely balcony facing the street and our beautiful old oak tree. All bedrooms have Smart TV's as well as the Living Room. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. There is a lovely shared backyard with a fire pit. All utilities, including high speed Wi-Fi included. I live on the other side with my family which includes a friendly dog and 2 cats. 420 friendly and off-street tandem parking for 3-4 cars.

If you're in town for a week or more for work, an event, a move, a medical stay, or just an extended visit, this can often work out cheaper than stringing together hotel nights, while giving you way more space, a real kitchen, and a place that actually feels like home.
