About this house rental
If dates you want are blocked please message me anyway. I block out dates for myself as it is my home. But my dates are often flexible. For example you may see an entire month blocked out because I am there for a week. In such situations I may be willing to forgo that week myself to open the month back up.

This 1500 square foot historic home is located in the heart of the Marigny Triangle, only 3 blocks from the French Quarter and Bourbon St. And only 1 block from the music filled Frenchman St.

The kitchen has custom made cabinets with marble counter tops and a unique pot sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your culinary needs to keep you busy during your vacation whether you are just looking to make a quick breakfast or if you are serving dinner for eight! Small courtyard in rear of house.
Enter the home into a sitting greeting/living room with a welcome desk, recliner and couch.. Sitting room opens into first main room(can also be used as a living room) and a pull out couch with queen size mattress. 2 recliners, electric fireplace insert, 32' flat screen TV, Ipod dock w CD player. Next you will find the amazing updated eat in kitchen w table seating for 8, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,etc..
Off kitchen is laundry room, 2nd bedroom and bath. The bath features a just updated walk in shower stall. 2nd bedroom has 2 FULL size beds with linens, large dresser and a TV.
Also off the entry sitting room is the master suite. Suite has a living room and bedroom open to each other. Lliving room with Day bed which has 2 TWIN size mattresses., Ipod dock w CD player.The Master bedroom features a large armoire, QUEEN sized Tempur-Pedic bed w linens, Chaise Lounge, 37' flat screen TV w DVD. Off the master bedroom is master bath including: Whirlpool Bathtub, separate shower w jets for 2.
ON DEMAND water heater. This means you will never run out of hot water no mater how many people are taking showers!
House features 12 foot high ceilings, original wide planked wooden floors, tile floors in kitchen and baths, tons of natural lighting, exposed brick chimneys, and much more.
The home is great for families and groups of all lifestyles. The neighborhood is friendly and accommodating to all, host to many local bars and restaurants for all tastes and styles. The home is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted outside in courtyard.

From the get-go, Jesse was very easy to get in touch with and had free and open communication with me. Any question I had was answered immediately. Our place was conveniently located within a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter and so it was a great place to stay at during my sister's bachelorette party of 7 women. Each corner of the house had a note to help us follow structure and rules and easy guidelines. The cleaning service also left us beads for Mardi gras and a Kings' Cake! There was an abundance of clean towels, amenities and extra blankets every. We also enjoyed easy easy to extras as needed (batteries and a lighter for the stove) as well as soap for the washing machine. There was a point where I communicated with Jesse about the heat not working, but he was quick to email, text and call me to discuss how to fix it. I really loved staying at this home and enjoyed the whirpoool with the girls (we had to rest our tired feet in the tub) and we even named the gargoyles out front Envie (Envy) and Bette. The girls loved the home and we would gladly stay in this cute place any time we visit New Orleans. Jesse was a wonderful host and great facilitator of our needs!

Our girls trip accommodations were spot on. Great house. We loved sitting at the dining room table and talking and getting ready to go out. Really great house!

House was wonderful - perfect location. Back patio was great for daily happy hour. Jesse was great to deal with - very accommodating.
