About this apartment rental
This one-of-a-kind 2 bedroom, 2 bath Apartment is located in the picturesque Marigny Triangle, 2 blocks from the French Quarter and 1.5 blocks from Frenchmen St. The building was recently converted from a warehouse used to make Mardi Gras floats by its Architect owners who live at the property. Enjoy relaxing by the fire table at our private rooftop deck that offers spectacular, 360-degree views of the City & a second-level deck with a grill & dining table. The apartment features parking (see house rules), community courtyard, exterior security cameras, a daybed in the living room, keypad locks, smart TVs, 10 ft ceilings & a variety of coffee makers.
We are a husband (from Louisiana) and wife (from Puerto Rico) Architects who designed, built, and live at our property in which we host 3 STR units. In 2021 we were awarded by AirB&B "The Most Hospitable Hosts in Louisiana", as determined by guest reviews over 1 year, and given to only one host in each state. We truly enjoy welcoming guests and sharing our special home, and we will do our best to make sure our guests have a memorable stay.

I have lived in NOLA and visit as much as I can. When I saw the Panaramic View as one of the key features of this location, I immediately thought it would be a feature that I would not use. Well after a week, it was the feature that I used most to relax and be with friends! The rooftop skyline and bridge views were spectacular! We had dinner on the roof several times. The unit was spacious, exceptionally clean and with the all amenities to entertain. The owners ensured we had a perfect stay. Location is perfect for easy access to all the neighborhoods. We will stay again!

What a fantastic experience all the way around! The place was beautiful, excellent location, the hosts thought of every detail and were super easy to communicate with. And the rooftop deck was the icing on the cake!!! Thank you, Irelis and David, we will be back! :-)

I went down to New Orleans for a birthday trip with some close girlfriends, and without a doubt, we could not have been happier with our stay! The unit was stunning, impeccably maintained and the rooftop is to die for! Great location, safe neighborhood, only a quick 15-20 minute walk to the heart of the french quarter, and very close to Frenchman street (definitely take advantage of that!). Our hosts were lovely, accommodating, and very welcoming. They also provided us with a travel guide and some local recommendations (much appreciated as it was our first time in the city!). We had an incredible trip, and I could not recommend staying here highly enough! If you are considering this location, I can confidently say that you should absolutely go for it! 10/10!
