Prime Location! Beautiful ! Spacious home for up to 8 people. 4-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 parlors and a 2nd story balcony that overlooks Frenchmen, full kitchen . Relax as you are in the heart of what is known as the "Locals French Quarter". Jazz Pubs, Arts Market, and New Orleans dining are literally steps from the estate. Just walk out the front door and all that New Orleans is famous for, is steps away. Home was built in 1880 with classic, high ceilings and spacious rooms and over 2300 Sq. feet of living space. Four large bedrooms, 3- king size upstairs and 1-queen size downstairs and updated with 3 bathrooms . Don't get a cramped hotel room when you can live large in this New Orleans estate with a balcony that looks over all the Frenchmen Street fun. Really great place to stay for younger / late night guests! It is really loud at night b/c a band plays right outside but that wasn't surprising since the place is right in the middle of things. It was clean and the owner answered questions right away. There's so many great places walkable distances away that we didnt need a car but there was plenty of street parking nearby.

The place was an older home off the quarter and was very accommodating. There are a lot of restaurants and bars close to the house. It was a great time.

Had a great stay in a perfect location close to everything New Orleans and the French Quarter has to offer. Kent was a very communicative host. Had a great time!

The house was perfect for our group. It was clean and is walking distance to the French Quarter and French Market. Communication with Kent was great and he was very nice. The only downside is that it is very close to clubs on Frenchman Street and the music from the clubs is very loud until the clubs close.
