Ease and free parking by front door. Compact usable interior space, newer washer and dryer, A/C was cold. East of access to highways/short drive to St Charles streetcar line (parked at end of line at the park and took it all the way to Canal Street- 20 min ride). Viable option when the city had a lot of activities and high bookings and you're not going to be home except to sleep and such.
Neighborhood seemed a little dodgy looking, rough roads and some houses in disrepair nearby but did not have issues from that overall. Mattresses and dining table ready for replacement due to normal wear and tear.

Quartier mal situé, rues en très très mauvais état.
1er séjour à New Orleans.
Katrina, ça fait presque 20 ans déjà et pourtant, il y a encore beaucoup à faire.

It was clean and kitchen/ coffee bar/ bathroom items were very thoughtful!
Safety!!!! The neighborhood is less than desirable, the front door dead bolt didn’t work, the door code was incredibly generic, the window was broken and bedroom window wouldn’t lock. I pushed the couch against the door and I stayed awake all night to watch the cars and listen for the window to open (kids were in that room).
