• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.

The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Great location, two blocks from the St Charles streetcar line that takes you straight to Canal and Bourbon Street. We had plenty of room for the six of us, lots of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.The air conditioning didn't seem to be working, and the windows didn't open, so it was pretty warm. The floors weren't very clean, and we couldn't find any cleaning supplies; I think at having a broom and dustpan and some spray cleaner would be nice.Overall, satisfied with our stay here!

We liked the location....some feedback though....ceiling fan in common room hanging by the electrical wire. There was no place to hang clothes or put something down in several of the rooms. Would be helpful to install hooks and perhaps a suitcase table. There were no handles on the drawers in bathrooms.

The home was some what clean. The layout of the home was confusing and felt unsafe. The doors and locks were not sturdy at all. The hike to get in the house was a bit much. The wifi didn't work. The balcony was handshake close to the next house. The stairssss. Omg..it was a lot. The neighborhood was sketchy, however the location to everything else was great.
