The entrance of this 60 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.
The living area features a large, very comfortable sofa and a television.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A dining table is also available.
The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom includes a sofa bed. Both beds are made with high-quality hotel-style linens.
Closets are available for storing your belongings, so you can feel right at home.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also provided.
You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment is accessible by elevator, though it is compact in size.
Professional cleaning is done between each stay.

Stroll through its streets lined with cafés, ethnic restaurants, and multicultural shops. Explore the Canal de l’Ourcq and its pleasant banks, perfect for a walk or a boat ride. Don’t miss a visit to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, a large urban park offering stunning views of the city. Jaurès is a vibrant area where history, nature, and modernity come together.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest metro station, Botzaris (line 7B), is just a 1-minute walk.
The bus lines to the North and East train stations are right outside the flat, and there is also a taxi station.
CDG Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
Please note that the piano and the rowing machine are not available for use.
