About this apartment rental
Enjoy your stay in a fully equipped apartment in a typical Parisian Neighborhood. The flat is one bedroom apartment plus a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Located in the Jourdain District, 10 min from the city center, in a very quiet and charming street. My place is bright and spacious with all sorts of shops and commodities nearby. Jourdain district is like a village in Paris, has Parisian atmosphere, full of small food shops, Bakery, cheese, wine merchant and typical cafes. Access to all monuments in less than 30 mins.
Have breakfast or dinner on the balcony and enjoy the Parisian Sunset.

4 mins Walk From Jourdain Station Line 11. (Few Stops from Le Marais City Hall and Châtelet station)

The space was perfect for our stay in Paris. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and it was just over a five minute walk to the Jordain metro station, making it very easy to get around. The Buttes-Chaumont park is just up the block and is a beautiful place to take a walk or have a picnic. The bed was comfortable and my daughter slept well on the pull out couch. The host, Chris, made it easy to get in to the space and checked up on us daily to make sure we didn’t need anything.

Easily reached by the metro, but calm and peaceful. We enjoyed walking through the beautiful community park nearby, and picked up groceries down the street (bakery, breadery, wine, produce, seafood…). The apartment is stylish and very clean. Chris is a great communicator! We would stay there again upon return to Paris.

We enjoyed our one-week-stay in Paris very much. The appartment was really comfortable, furnished tastefully and well equipped. We appreciated the tranquility outside of town as a contrast to the hustle and bustle in the center. Only a short walk away there are countless restaurants, little shops, supermarkets, bars and everything you need. The parking garage is a plus. Chris is a very engaged and approachable host.

Chris is really nice, he asked me how things are every day and was really helpful. I never had a host that was so concerned with my well-being. Ever. Checkin worked without any problems whatsoever. The apartment is in a quiet street in a lovely part of Paris, but with things to do very close by. It is close to 2 Metro stations and 200m far from the nicest park in Paris. There are also 3 shops close by and everything you need inside the apartment.
