About this house rental
Welcome to our tiny home! The home sleeps 8 comfortably with a Queen in the main bedroom, a Twin in the downstairs bedroom, and a Queen/Queen/Twin in the loft. It has one full bath and a half bath. We have complimentary WiFi from fiber internet, 2 smart TVs with a kids table and chairs in the loft and adult couch in the living room. We have 5 wireless charging stations with USB outlets next to every bed. The covered patio offers relaxing sounds of the fountain in the pond right behind our house.
We are only a street away from the Amenity Center which includes a negative edge adult pool with views and an even bigger kids pool with waterfalls and fountains. The clubhouse has grills, TVs, and ample seating for cooking out. There is a dog park with sanitation stations. The Amenity Center offers Live Music and Food Trucks most Fridays and Saturdays (Check the event page!).
We are pet friendly up to two 50 pound dogs, we do ask that they stay on the first floor since the loft is carpeted. We do have a fire table on the patio, bring your own propane for use.
