I’m writing this review on behalf of my family of 6. (Kids ages 9-16)To start, pictures do not do this home justice. It’s extremely spacious . As a larger family i’m always worried about space. Especially with teenagers as they usually like to hang around no one But I will say the layout, allowed for the teenagers to be up stairs and the under kids to be close to me and my husband.The home is located very close to a HEB and a few minutes fr downtown Boerne. Prior to us arriving there was some heavy winds that knocked down the back fence. Karen and her husband immediately started working on the fence. Personally we could have cared less. But this go to show you both owners are very attentive to the home’s needs. All items in the kitchen were clean . And there were a lot of “supplies” that were in the home already. Such as , shampoo, dish tablets, paper towels, dishwasher detergent. Etc.Hands down would recommend this home!

Had to call host to get correct wi-fi password
Felt like I was staying at my aunts house while she was out of town:
Beds were very good but no one could sleep upstairs-too hot (A/C filter was very dirty)
Called host about remote for upstairs-it went missing so strike 2 no TV
Downstairs:
Both Downstair Bath-No way to hang bath or hand towels, Stained towels, stained and dirty rugs, empty and half empty shampoo containers which limited space for items we brought
Only lighting in Master Bedroom was lamps on night stands
Bunk Bed Room-Very Cute but little function-No dresser, night stand, missing light bulbs, no blanket on top bunk (the guest that planed to be upstairs moved to top bunk)
Living Room-Recliner Love Seat looked good in pics but doesn't recline, no coffee or end tables to sit anything on, large clock on wall-doesn't work
Kitchen-Some ones food taking up space in fridge, some expired, keurge pods on counter but no keurge, dishes in cabinet seemed to be left over from? threw out one badly chipped bowl. Very little silverware and other other utensils
Trash can outside had trash in it and mid week I got text asking us to take trash to curb for pick up
Got text last night saying they were coming to get something from garage and not to be alarmed
Not my best vacation rental experience. I rent by the week because I move around for business. Prior week I was in Comfort and that host could teach the class on what to do for short stay renters. This one needs help.
