We were a group of 9 and stayed for 6 days. Overall, the home has a lot of potential. The layout worked well for a large group, and the yard was a highlight for the kids with lots of space and activities.I do want to note that I don’t agree that a 4-star review means “several issues need to be addressed.” For me, a 4-star stay can still mean good overall, just with room for improvement.For a group our size and length of stay, the supplied essentials were quite limited — only 5 dishwasher pods, 3 garbage bags, and 1.5 rolls of paper towel, with no dish cloths provided. We ended up purchasing additional supplies ourselves. Small additions like basic spices, condiments, containers for leftovers, and dish rags would make a big difference for guests.There were also some maintenance issues that affected the experience, including ants in the kitchen, missing light covers, and overgrown grass/weeds. The pool itself was great, but the pool light was floating loose in the water due to missing screws, which raised a safety concern with electricity and water. The pool vacuum also remained in the pool the entire stay.We also had issues with the dishwasher not draining and a leaking sink, but the hosts were responsive and came quickly to address them.Overall, the property has great potential, but a bit more upkeep and attention to detail would really improve the stay.

Great location, close to resort water park, and a very nice state park. Quiet and spacious.

We had a great stay. The home is super spacious. All bedrooms are nice sized and have ample closet space. We walked in and it was pristinely clean. You could tell it was freshly prepared for our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the home was as well. It was nice to arrive to a small snack basket, paper towels, toilet paper, more than enough towels, cook and dining ware, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms. The yard is really nice and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The home is located close to many of the main attractions and isn’t far from the university either. I would definitely recommend the home if you are looking for space, cleanliness and convenience.
