If you’re a Sun Devil fan in town to watch a thrilling game at Arizona State University or visiting friends or family on campus, you’ll be less than 5 minutes away. We were in town for a curling tournament and this house was very conveniently located near the club and the airport. The house stayed comfortable despite some high outside temperatures, which is all you can ask for in June. Before using the hot tub you should check the levels for the various chemicals with the provided strips as it was well out of range when we arrived. Otherwise everything was great.

Very accommodating! There are very nice touches to make it a very homey stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for those looking to have access to downtown.

Property and rooms were very clean. Broken drawers and towel racks need to be fixed. Keyless entry did not work and the lock is loose. Toilet in guest bathroom needs to be anchored down. TV kept freezing on us. Plenty of rooms and spacious for large groups. We were in town for graduation ceremonies in Tempe. Perfect location close to ASU and the Phoenix airport. We enjoyed our stay but property needs some TLC.
