This 2,500 sq ft, 6-bedroom hideaway is built around a backyard you may never want to leave — sparkling pool, bubbling hot tub, fire pit, and a covered patio with a big-screen projector, all wrapped in twinkling string lights. Minutes to ASU, Old Town Scottsdale, Sky Harbor, golf, hiking, and every major sports venue in the Valley.
🏡 THE SPACE
The backyard is the star of the show.
Take a dip in the pool (can be heated for a fee), soak in the complimentary hot tub, relax around the gas fire table, or kick back in the cabana-style lounge beneath the covered pergola. Fire up the BBQ, enjoy dinner outside under the string lights, or simply settle in with a drink and enjoy an Arizona evening.
Inside, the thoughtfully designed floor plan spreads 6 bedrooms across four separate areas of the home, giving larger groups plenty of privacy while still offering comfortable spaces to gather together.
Two spacious primary suites are positioned on opposite ends of the home, along with a fun bunk room and three additional comfortable bedrooms. Three full bathrooms make getting ready with a group easy, including a beautifully updated bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while the glass dining table seats 8+ with additional seating at the breakfast bar.
You’ll also enjoy multiple TVs, a comfortable den for relaxing and movie nights, and a full laundry room, making the home especially convenient for longer stays.
🌵 THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The home is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood near South Mountain, offering a peaceful place to come home to while keeping you close to everything Phoenix and Tempe have to offer.
Easy access to I-10 makes exploring the Valley simple. You’ll be within easy reach of ASU, Mill Avenue, Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Marketplace, South Mountain hiking and golf, spring training stadiums, the Phoenix Zoo, and major sporting and entertainment venues.
For everyday essentials, Fry’s grocery store is conveniently nearby, along with Starbucks, In-N-Out Burger, and other restaurants and shops.
🚗 GETTING AROUND
With convenient access to I-10, getting around Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, and the surrounding Valley is easy. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is approximately 15 minutes away, and public transportation is also available nearby.
You’ll have the entire home and backyard to yourself, easy self check-in with a 4-digit door code, and ample parking on the property.
🏊 Pool Heat — Optional:
The pool can be heated for an additional fee between October 15 and May 15.
When purchased, we heat the pool to approximately 82–85°F. Pool heat is $75 per day and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay; the checkout day is not charged.
Please request and pay for pool heat at least 48 hours prior to arrival so we have enough time to get the water warm and ready for you.
⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN
Want to get your vacation started a little sooner? When available, we offer 11:00 AM early check-in for a flat $145 fee.
Availability depends on the reservation schedule, so please reach out and we’ll be happy to check for your stay.
