I want to commend Dylan. We are 3 old ladies and he was very patient guiding us to our rental and then staying on the phone until we were inside to make sure we had no problem. Superb customer service. The house was in great condition. Very clean, good quality furnishings. They had a great decorator when this house was remodeled.

The house was seriously cool and perfect size and design wise for our stay. We did have some maintenance issues though and had no hot water for showers for 7 adults for 3 nights. The dishwasher also leaked and was broken on the bottom. I communicated with Goodnight and they were very responsive but nothing was fixed during our stay. I also ordered pool heat and it was off when we went to get into the pool the first day. Luckily, we have a similar heater and were able to just turn it on but it would have been nice the first night. Overall, this was a really great property and we had a fantastic time. We cooked, swam in the pool and enjoyed the pool table and living spaces.
