Tempe Oasis

The pool and jacuzzi were exceptional along with our room having a full kitchen

Rooms needed a decorators touch

Beautiful pool area and large rooms.

The girl at check in was very slow and it took forever even though I thought all was finished since they did all that on line and sent us our room number and code. Hot tub was gross dirty.

Clean, free snacks and drinks

No issues at all

N/A. Wasn't available.

The bathroom flooring was loose and floorboards were stained and coming up due to water issues. Each time the shower was used, it was hard to contain the water and there was always water on the floor. It was nearly impossible to regulate the room temperature. Both a/c units were annoyingly loud and didn't actually lower the hot, musty air. It was difficult to lock the door when exiting and the lock itself was sketchy. The unit had a small kitchenette, but no ability to wash dishes if you didn't want to use or know how to use the dishwasher.
