House was perfect for our family. There were enough beds and extra blankets, pillows, towels etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, silverware and plates and bowls. We did enjoy the pool and backyard.
I had to send a deposit when I arrived at the property but they did return it after the stay.The pool did not feel like it was heated. They could use some glassware sets.

There was a pool table. Lots of seating.
The floor boards were not pushed together. It was slightly dirty when we arrived. The pool never got warm. The beds were very uncomfortable. BEDS ARE SO UNCOMFORTABLE. They charge a $300 cash deposit which they will try to scam you out of by saying you stained the towels. Also you have to take out the trash, strip the beds, pull all the towels, clean as much as you can. They said they hired a cleaner but I don't think so. I think they clean themselves and pay for it by withholding your deposit. They have a nice little scam going.
