Minimum stay 30 days during season. All monthly tenants must gain association approval prior to check in and are required to pay an association application fee. Weekly stays may be permitted. Pets with board and management approval. No dangerous breeds. At least one guests must be 55 years or older!
The Space:
One day prior to arrival, guests will receive a lock box code. Lock Box will be located on the side laundry room door under the carport for guest access. Simply put in the code and slide down the metal latch to reveal the keys for your stay. Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of 1 guest bedroom closet that is for owners personal use.
Guest Access:
Guests will need to be capable of walking up stairs as there are no lifts or elevators on this elevated home. The club house and main common areas and amenities are all one level for visitors. Guests have access to the entire resort and home.
The Neighborhood:
Osprey Bay is conveniently located just minutes to the Sanibel Causeway and Fort Myers Beach Matanzas Pass Bridge. Shopping and dining galore! Publix, WalMart, CVS, Walgreens and the like are all just a short drive. Hop across the street to enjoy fresh produce and specialty Floridian treats!
Getting Around:
