This Kelly Greens home is your vacation Home Away From Home with many extra amenities including Free WIFI and 2 car garage. Located in Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club, a private and gated community with a new (2016) Par 72 Championship Golf Course, tennis courts and private country club dining. This home has been completely renovated in 2023 with all new furniture and totally up dated kitchen!
The master bedroom features a king bed, large walk in closet and a fully updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Your guests have their own private bedroom, king bed, large closet and bathroom with tub/shower combination. The den has a sofa with pull out queen bed and TV for any additional guests.
The extra large kitchen has been completely remodeled with large double door refrigerator, large island and plenty of storage. All flatware, dishes, cookware and drink ware are included.
Kelly Greens has 5 miles of private, lighted sidewalks (with benches along the way) and streets for walking, jogging or biking along with many clubs and activities (water aerobics, yoga, trivia nights and cooking classes, etc.).
Enjoy your stay at this ideally located home situated 5 miles from Sanibel Island and 3 miles to Fort Myers Beach.
Great neighbors, great golf course, gated community with 3 bikes and beach chairs in the garage to enjoy.
The complex has tennis, fitness center and golf/country club membership available to transfer for a fee. If you are interested in playing golf, tennis, fitness club and clubhouse restaurant while you are here contact me and I can give you more information.
