About this house rental
Majestic Palms is one of the newer communities to establish itself in the ever popular South Fort Myers area. The home itself is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom corner unit offering over 1,700 square feet of living space, making this one of the largest condo style homes in the area. Guests will delight in the upgrades throughout the home and beautiful views over the community lake. The home is open plan in design making it bright and light and has a very large private screened lanai, thus offering guests plenty of tropical living space to enjoy the wonderful outdoor lifestyle Florida is famous for.
This unit is tastefully appointed throughout, offering a home from home experience. Everything has been thoughtfully provided from plenty of seating for indoor and outdoor relaxation to linens and towels to ensure your stay is a perfect one. The floor plan is split plan in design with the Master Suite on one side of the home and the 2 Guest Bedrooms and Bathroom on the other, so to provide the utmost in privacy for all guests.
Majestic Palms has everything you would expect from a tropical living community including outdoor heated swimming pool and spa, ample sun decks with lounge chairs and cabana to shade you if you fancy a break from the glorious Florida sunshine. There is also a community BBQ area for guests' use so you can enjoy a little al fresco cooking if in the mood.
Please note reservations for this home must be made at least 25 days prior to arrival so to allow the community management company to process the rental application for applying guests. There may be separate fees payable directly to the community management company in order for this process to be completed.

Property was very nice! Master bed was squeaky getting in and out. We think the frame underneath the mattress was broken and needs replaced. All in all a very nice condo with lots of room!

We were pleased with the unit we stayed in. The neighbors were very friendly and the property was very clean and well kept. We felt it was in a good location to make trips to Sarasota and even Miami wouldn't take to long for a drive to either had a chance to visit more parts of Florida this way.

Property was nice, Neighborhood was welcoming, Bed In master was uncomfortable, we were given a hard time getting in the front gate several times even after staying there for weeks, I guess it depends on which virtual guard you get. Overall a nice place to stay.

not enough pods, water heater for tea was dirty like somebody would heat coffee in it, bought new one. Bed in Master uncomfortable.
