Just a short drive to the Fort Myers Beach bridge and the Sanibel Causeway - the gateway to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. A toll is required to cross the Causeway, no fee to return. The Fort Myers Beach Bridge is free. Excellent shelling and fishing available on the islands along with golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, parasailing, kite surfing, and bike riding - just a few of the activities available within a short distance of the condo. The new Fort Myers Beach Trolley station is a short drive from the condo - no need to fight traffic at all, just take the Trolley to the beach!
In addition to the fantastic proximity to Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Majestic Palms is just a short car ride away from equally exciting destinations such as downtown Fort Myers Beach - including Times Square; the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers and Cape Coral. This property is approximately 17 miles from RSW International Airport, 2.5 miles to the Beach Trolley Station, 5 miles to Fort Myers Beach, and 6 miles to the Sanibel Causeway

Our stay in this Majestic Palms condo was a pleasant one. Entry through the gate system is vastly improved from the last time we stayed there. The grounds are pleasant and it is easy to walk a couple of miles up and down the streets for some mild exercise. If walking is not your thing, the pool is very warm and people are mostly friendly. There are good options close by for any food and supplies needed for a months stay.
The condo itself had everything we needed and we are considering a return for next year. We appreciated the upgrade in lanai furniture from our last stay and the updated carpeting. However, one suggestion I have is to replace the sofa and loveseat. They have seen better days and are not very comfortable. They should be replaced.
Otherwise all else was fine.

We found the condo comfortable and it had pretty much everything we needed for a nice stay. Only suggestion is that some of the furniture is getting a bit dated, especially the lanai seating. Otherwise we had a very nice time.

Our condo was nice, beds were 3 stars. Gated entry really needs worked on spent way to much time getting into Majestic Palms. Didn’t even have our names on list when we arrived. Josh at iTrip was top of the line. Had to call him 4 times just to get into gate.
