About this house rental
The house LAKEVIEW PARADISE leaves little to be desired, it is located in a fantastic location overlooking one of the three lakes, you can watch from the pool and the terrace of nature (Vogel ectr.). Also unique sunsets which one from the pool area and the covered patio,
can enjoy with a cool drink. Not to be overlooked also the large gas barbeque grill for succulent steaks, large table with 6 - 8 chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas.
Wireless Internet, as well as TV and Blueray DVD player in the living room and TV in the main bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen and sleeps up to 8 people.
Master bedroom with king size bed, second and third bedroom with queen size bed, and bedroom four with two twin single beds, two bathrooms, master with double washbasin, bathtub, separate shower cubicle, and separate toilet, second bathroom with washbasin, tub shower combination and toilet.
Living room with Essttisch (Dinning Area) as well as a reading area and kicker.

This house was amazing! We are a family of five with 3 young boys. The house had everything to keep everyone happy! It was well stocked with beach items, pool items, kitchen supplies, laundry, linens and towels, and plenty of space. We loved the lock system on the slider door. It gave us peace of mind with accessing the pool for our young kids. Working with Karl was successful and everything went well! It’s a prime location near a Target and Publix. It is a short drive to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great, it was well equipped, it had everything you would use in your own home. Nice neighborhood. We had a few minor items pop up, which are things that happen in your own home as well, for example, all batteries for all remotes were nearly dead, smoke detector went off in middle of night for no reason, I assume low battery, pool was over 100 degrees when we first got there, heater was on, once it was corrected, it cooled down and was nice. TV in master wouldn't work (one requirement we have for renting places is a TV in master), property manager took the box, we thought, to repair or replace, never did get a functioning TV in master. These items are easily ignored, as the place really was great, however, when we left, we received a terse text accusing us of using the grill and leaving it in a mess and they were going to be charging us a cleaning fee. WE NEVER USED THE GRILL. I even received pictures, which really were disgusting, it was clear to me, that the grill had not been cleaned in MONTHS. I had to really argue this, then finally, property manager acquiesced, stated cleaning people "couldn't remember" looking at it before we checked in, even though property manager indicated he himself looks every time. Ultimately, I was not charged, which is good, but I felt a bit like there was an attempt to pull a fast one on us. I will not stay there again.
