About this house rental



Private, newly remodeled, waterfront home near the mouth of the Caloosahatchee river. Great fishing for snapper, snook, sheepshead etc right from the backyard. If you prefer to look and not catch there are frequent dolphin and manatee sightings as well! You can kayak out to see the beautiful Ft. Myers sunsets or just be a beach bum as this property has it all! Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants but still only a 5 minute drive to the beach! Home sleeps 10 with 3 queen beds in bedrooms, a queen pullout couch, and a bunk room. House has brand new floors, remodeled bathrooms, and new open air patio and saltwater pool with tanning deck. 5minutes to Bunche beach, 12 to Ft. Myers beach and 20 to sanibel! We enjoyed our stay! The house was very well stocked from pool/beach accessories to kitchen accessories. We would definitely suggest this rental to anyone and would stay here again.
