Welcome to Florida! This home is situated in one of southwest Florida's ideal locations. Access to private golf course and restaurant makes for easy living. If you are interested in waterfront relaxation it is minutes from Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches.
The home is a two bedroom with large office space that can be used as a third bedroom to accommodate 6 people comfortably. Primary bedroom features ensuite and walkout entry to lanai. All rooms are equipped with smart tv's.
The open concept floor plan allows for easy indoor-outdoor living. Great room has access and view to fully furnished lanai for swimming, grilling, entertaining or relaxing in front of the outdoor tv. Updated eat in kitchen opens up to great room. Kitchen features all new appliances and is filled with everything needed for cooking and entertaining.
The Community offers the following on site amenities.
- 18-hole golf course (separate fee)
- Tennis courts
- Club House
- Restaurant
- Community Pool
- Fitness room (currently closed for construction)
- Planned activities

Our poodle settled right in and was welcomed within the community. Used community pool as I enjoy soaking in a hot tub.

We returned to Fort Myers to spend some relaxing downtime, see friends nearby and to enjoy some sunshine. Staying here was absolutely perfect - 10/10 on every count. The house had everything we needed and communication from our host, Jenny was perfect. The location was excellent for Publix, Walmart and Target as well as excellent access to Sanibel and Captiva. We would absolutely stay again and next time we will be extending our time in Iona/Fort Myers! PS Eat at the Golf and Country Club on site - you won’t regret it!

We stayed this again in this property. Again we enjoyed our stay as last year. Very nice property and well equipped for a stay with a family.
Jenny responded immediately in case a problem showed up. We consider comming back next year.
