The living room and master bedroom open to the fully screened back lanai which overlooks the 9th hole! The master bedroom features large walk in closets and a fully updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Your guests have their own private bedroom and bathroom. There is also a laundry room and new air conditioning. One car garage is included. Pros. Nicely decorated, nice view of the 9th green from the balcony, great neighbors, great golf course, 2 bikes and 6 beach chairs in the garage to enjoy sunsets on the nearby causeway. Cons, a little far from Bonita Springs or Naples. Could use a grill for long term renters
