Important Information
Customer goes to our reservations office to collect your apartment keys and will be advised on the location of the apartments and how to get there with clear directions.
Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-In Time: From 16:00. Early check-in may be available for a fee or by booking the previous night in advance.
• Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• ID Required: All guests must present valid photo identification that matches the reservation name (passport, national ID, or driver's license).
Luggage Storage
• Before Check-In / After Check-Out: Complimentary storage is available at the main office (168 Granby Place) for up to 12 hours. Storage beyond 12 hours may be charged at €10 per day.
House Rules & Property Policies
• Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the apartment tidy and report any damages or issues promptly.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. A fine of €200 will apply for violations.
• No Parties or Events: Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Breach of this rule will result in a fine and possible eviction.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing in advance. If approved, a €500 refundable deposit and a €200 cleaning fee will apply.
• Lost Keys: A fee of up to €200 applies for lost or unreturned keys.
• Garbage Disposal: Guests must dispose of waste using provided bins and bags, according to local recycling and waste separation guidelines.
• Energy Conservation: Guests are encouraged to use utilities responsibly—though included, energy-saving practices are appreciated.
Damage & Liability Policy
• Damage Definition: Includes physical breakage, staining, appliance misuse, unauthorized alterations, pet damage, or mold due to neglect.
• Guest Responsibility: Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused during their stay, including compensation for time the unit is unavailable.
• Mattress & Bedding Damage: Any fouling of mattresses or linens will result in replacement fees.
Access and Maintenance
• Staff Access: Maintenance or cleaning staff may enter the apartment as needed, following protocol (e.g., knocking or ringing the bell).
• Emergency Access: Management reserves the right to access the unit without notice in emergencies or under suspicion of policy violations.
• Maintenance Reporting: Any faults, damage, or technical issues must be reported immediately for prompt resolution.
