    We had a queen bed in this new hotel. Room was a comfortable size with everything we needed. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Short walk into Sapporo. University just round the corner with bus stop to Otaru. Staff very friendly and helpful.

    I didn’t like this hotel because the staff were confusing.. They didn't tell us the check out time clearly until they called us the next morning... We were ending up late checking out and so they charged us a fee… I tried to pushback but unfortunately the staff wouldn’t understand. And when we paid and said we needed to store our luggages here they said ok without saying anything else.. until I told them we couldn’t get the luggages back today. Then they started to say no… Again and again, they are confusing, unclear, uncommunicative… I just don’t recommend anyone to stay here unless you have good patience!
